Service Description

The website www.chrysasart.com provides art sales and illustration services by Chrysi Sakellari (Chrysa’s Art). These services include the sale of original artworks, art prints, and illustrated products, as well as the creation of custom designs and commissioned illustrations. Services also cover order placement, confirmation, packaging and delivery, as well as a shipping receipt and a certificate of authenticity for your artwork.

Orders

You can place your order through our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If, for any reason, you do not wish to proceed with your order, you can notify us via email at artchrysas@gmail.com within 24 hours and we will cancel it. After this period, your order is considered final. For custom or commissioned artwork, cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours, provided that the design process has not started.

Packaging

Chrysa’s Art is responsible for packaging your order in secure packaging to avoid  any damage during shipping. Each original artwork, excluding stationary, is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and a personalized thank you message from the artist.

Delivery

All artworks and illustrated products are delivered throughout Greece and internationally. Delivery times depend on the product type and destination, as stated during checkout. Shipping costs vary according to your address and the weight of the selected products, and are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs duties or import taxes, which are not included in the checkout price and must be paid by the customer. Once you place your order, you will receive an email regarding the exact delivery date of your shipment. If you discover any defects or discrepancies with the product after receiving your order, you must notify us within 24 hours via our email address at artchrysas@gmail.com with photos of the issue. Any such request made after the deadline cannot be accepted and Chrysa’s Art will be released from any liability.

Once your payment has been received, you will receive an email confirming the successful completion of your payment.

Prices

The prices listed on our website www.chrysasart.com are in euros (€) and do not include VAT.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are invoiced in addition to the purchased product prices.

Usage Restrictions and Intellectual Property Rights

All artworks, illustrations, and designs featured on this website are original creations of Chrysi Sakellari (Chrysa’s Art) and are protected by international and European copyright law. This includes all artwork, product designs (such as notebooks, stickers, apparel, calendars, etc.), and custom illustrations. They remain the exclusive intellectual property of the artist and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or redistributed in any form without prior written permission.

It is strictly prohibited to reproduce or resell any design, artwork, or printed product from this website, convert any design or artwork into digital collectibles (such as NFTs) and claim authorship of, or otherwise misrepresent, any artwork or design created by Chrysa’s Art. Any use of the artist’s work without authorization will be considered a violation of copyright law and may result in legal action. The artist bears no responsibility for how customers use or modify purchased products after delivery.

By purchasing from this website, you agree not to use the products or designs in a way that could infringe the rights or reputation of the artist.

Limitation of Liability

Chrysa’s Art bears no responsibility for any problems arising from technical errors, network or computer failures, or buyer's software, as well as for unclear information provided by the buyer. Furthermore, it assumes no liability for damages that may arise from the use of the material on this website or its merchandise.

Cancellations

As mentioned earlier, cancellations are accepted within 24 hours after the order has been placed. For commissioned or custom artwork, cancellations are only possible within 48 hours, provided that the design process has not started. After this time, the order is considered final.

Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy.

Return Policy

If you have received a product and have found that it does not meet your needs and requirements, you have 14 days from the delivery date to contact us and inform us that you intend to return the product. Only unused products, returned in their original packaging and assessed by Chrysa’s Art to be in excellent condition, will be accepted for return. Custom, made-to-order, and personalized items cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of damage or defect.

Applicable Law

For any disputes that may arise between Chrysa’s Art and its customers, the Courts of Thessaloniki - Greece have jurisdiction.
