All orders are shipped via reliable courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery. Currently, shipments are handled through partner carriers such as DHL, Geniki Taxydromiki and Box Now, depending on the destination and delivery method chosen at checkout.

Chrysi Sakellari (Chrysa’s Art) is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer. Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping address and contact information before confirming your order.

Deliveries are typically processed within 1-5 business days after your order is confirmed. Delivery times may vary based on location and courier service availability.

Some countries may charge import duties, taxes or customs fees. These are not included at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility. If such fees are refused or unpaid, your delivery will be returned to us and we cannot issue a refund for the original shipping cost.
