Refund & Return Policy

All artworks and illustration products are created with great care and attention to detail. Because most items are made to order or custom designed, please read the following before placing your order.

Art Prints & Original Paintings

All art prints and original artworks (canvas or paper) are custom made and therefore not refundable or returnable. Each piece is unique, and Chrysa’s Art covers part of the shipping cost to send it directly to your door via courier.

Stationery & Illustrated Products

Items such as notebooks, notepads, calendars, stickers, greeting cards, posters, bookmarks, keychains, badges and similar stationery products are produced in limited quantities and usually made to order. For this reason, returns or refunds are not possible, except in specific cases where the product arrives damaged. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery including photos.

Illustrated Fashion

All illustrated t-shirts and apparel are printed individually for each order, so they are not returnable or refundable, unless the product is defective or you received the wrong item.

Custom & Commissioned Work

Custom illustrations and commissioned projects are personalized creative work, and therefore non-refundable once the design process has started.

You have the right to cancel your order within 48 hours after placing your order, provided that the design process has not started.
