 Commissions Policy

  1. Deposit and Payment
    To secure your commission, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required upfront. Upon confirming your interest in commissioning a piece, an invoice for the deposit will be sent via email within a few days/weeks. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the artwork, at which time a final invoice will be provided.

  2. Style and Scope
    When requesting a commission, please ensure that your order aligns with the artistic style and mediums that I, the artist, work in. I will not accept commissions that require a style, technique, or subject matter significantly outside of my existing portfolio or creative approach. This ensures that the artwork meets both your expectations and my artistic integrity.

  3. Timeline and Revisions
    Each commissioned artwork typically requires approximately 2-5 weeks for creation, although this timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the piece. Any changes or revisions must be requested and finalized during the creation process. Once I, the artist, confirm the completion of the artwork, no further alterations will be made.

  4. Artist Rights and Reproduction
    As the artist, I retain the right to reproduce the commissioned artwork, in whole or in part, for prints, promotional materials, or other non-commercial purposes. Please note, this does not include the commercial resale or reproduction of the original commissioned piece unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

  5. Shipping and Liability
    Shipping and handling will be coordinated through a third-party courier or postal service. I cannot be held liable for any damage, loss, or delays that may occur during transit. It is the client’s responsibility to arrange and cover the cost of insurance for the shipment if they choose to do so.

  6. Acceptance of Terms
    By paying the deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. This agreement is designed to ensure a smooth and professional experience for both parties throughout the commission process.
